My Story

Back in 2014, I went shopping for my birthday. I had grown out of all of my jeans. My youngest was 2, and I told myself that I was never going to lose the weight, and I might as well get some new clothes. I felt defeated, and that I let myself down, and was ready to let myself go.

I was also! How in the world could I ever have the energy to chase after my two children?! Is this my life now? Do I just have to accept it?

A month later, I decided to try to lose the weight again. Only this time I had the tools and the support I needed. Just 3 months later, after dropping 30lbs and 4 pant sizes.... those new jeans I bought wouldn't even stay up!! Not only that, but I had more energy. In fact, I got into the best shape of my life, even before the babies!

Don't ever believe that just because you’ve had a baby (or 2, or more), that you can’t get your body back, or that you can’t have flat abs! You absolutely can!

As a mom of now 3, I understand the struggle

Trust me, I know how REAL the struggle is! You see, after I got into the best shape of my life by participating in these challenges, literally the day after my 6-pack ab “after” selfie, I found out that I was pregnant with baby #3.

That little bundle of joy gained me 80lbs! I was so overwhelmed! I mean 9 months before, I looked amazing! I was so uncomfortable in this post pregnancy body.  But I was so confident from my previous results, I knew I would be able to take the weight off again.

I know it’s not easy! Kids take up so much of our time and energy. Some days, it’s all I can do to get to my coffee machine in the morning. But I discovered the key ingredient to not only getting started, but keeping it going until I’ve reached (even surpassed) my fitness goals! I’m coaching other women to do the same.
